Here's the thing, navigating the job market as a trans person in 2025 can be absolutely wild. I've walked that path, and honestly, it's become so much better than it was even five years back.
How It Started: Beginning the Workforce
Back when I initially transitioned at work, I was absolutely shaking. No cap, I thought my professional life was finished. But plot twist, things worked out so much better than I anticipated.
